?Anxiety Attack?

Ok, to start I am a 15 year old male. Me and my were driving back to the school high school from the Starbucks down the road I was in the back with 3 other people (yes I know highly dangerous and highly stupid but it was all of a mile max). My friends decided to tickle me, so the people on either side of me started tickling me. I started to panic I felt like I couldn't breathe and was going to die I started freaking out and screamed at them to stop they did. After they stopped I felt like it was harder to breathe, my body was shaking and I was still freaking out. The post attack symptoms last for about another 10 minutes after we had all gotten out of the car ( I think it could have been shorter or longer I don't remember this happened in September). What I'm asking is what happened because I've been tickled like that before but not in the back seat of the car. Did it happening in a confined space intensify my fight or flight reaction or not. What I'm really trying to get an answer to is WAS IT A PANIC/ANXIETY ATTACK OR NOT? If not what was it?

Thanks to anyone who answers no matter what u write and sorry it's long.

What you had was one bad experience.  Don't overthink it unless there's more to the story.

It does sound like you had a panic attack. The feeling of panic on top of the feeling of not being able to breathe. Have you had any of those feelings again since this happened?
