should I move from 10mg to 20mg of cilalopram

Hi I started this 3 months ago for anxiety and have found its working well. Until I  went away and had an attack. I'm going on holiday in February and really don't want to spoil it should I go from 10mg 2 20mg?

You might get a reference from your doctor, or you might have to do some research to find a good psychologist.

A good psychologist who specializes in anxiety treatment who can help you learn to relax and change your thinking patterns.  No guarantee it'll work, but if it does it's the best way.

OK thanks. I seem to be fine in my own surround. But now
I no I had one attack. The fear and worry  will bring it on. It's like I don't want to eat while away. And feel sick when going for a meal
Is their any sickness  tablets I can take to stop this?

Not if it's just one attack, but it's lucky Celexa is working so well for you on 10mg -- I don't think that's a therapeutic dose.  So eventually you'll probably go up but if you don't have to, why bother?  Drugs seldom get rid of our problems, they just make them more manageable.  Doing any therapy to help?
