pre workout supplements can have some pretty bad side effects. Don't worry they will go away :) just make sure you avoid any other stimulants such as caffeine.
Also, just to mention, if you're an anxiety sufferer, avoid all these products -- this one is loaded with caffeine and an herbal stimulant and amino acids that act as stimulants -- anxiety sufferers for obvious reasons don't do real well on stimulants.
Have no idea, but virtually all bodybuilding products are bad for you. This one is typical -- some things in it are very stimulating and can make a susceptible person very nervous or have bad reactions. Take tyrosine -- pretty common amino acid that the body uses to make certain neurotransmitters that can make a depressed person perhaps feel less depressed but take a normal person and make them overstimulated. Also has synthetic ingredients such as sucralose that can bother some people. I'm sure you'll recover, but be careful with these products.
