Yes you can get help. Go see a doctor and take it from there. That is the best form of help close at hand to you.

I was on paxil and it really helped me with social anxiey but i went off it cuz of weight gain.

i have social anxiety also, i am on lexapro which helps a bit... and no change in weight as of yet anyway..

Ive been on paxil and clonazepam for 12 years and have been great every since.

My daughter is on Effexor for social anxiety.  One of the side effects is loss of appetite.
