In my opinion the frequent urination is anxiety-based.  Since you dont need to urinate every hour during the night, this suggests there is not a mechanical reason for the urination (i.e. small bladder or pressure on the bladder).

Bloating can be caused by food intolerances and this is VERY common.  Anxiety can induce changes in the way the body functions including the way that food is processed.  All the anxiety you have experienced over the last few months could easily have resulted in changes in the gut which has lead to the bloating.

So, my thoughts are that the bloating and peeing could very well be two different symptoms of the same disease - anxiety.  The bloating does not cause the peeing, and the peeing does not cause the bloating!  Of course I am not a medical doctor and no one can diagnose you online (even if they were qualified).  That being said, I HIGHLY suggest you seek help for the anxiety - see if your symptoms start to resolve.  Bip,  you do NOT have to keep living this way but you are choosing too do so.  By posting in this forum, you are well aware you are suffering from an anxiety disorder and it will NOT go away on its own.  In the meantime, the worry is compromising your quality of life.  PLEASE seek help for the anxiety so you can ENJOY life again.
