spinning feeling

hi all wanted some advice
recentley i have been getting a strange spinning feeling when im stood or sat,it feels like the background is moving when everything else around me is normal i have to double take sometimes and focus on the background so it stops.

Hi. I also get this daily. I've put it down to my anxiety. It's not nice :-(

I've had this a lot as well. Docs say its my anxiety....
