Time of day when symptoms are worse?

Hi, there - praying for us all.

Does anyone else notice a time of day where your anxiety symptoms are worse than others? I find that mind are worse in the morning right after I wake up, and in the evenings.  It makes me wonder if that's when my meds are cycling out of body and ready for my next dose.

I find mine are the their absolute WORST at night while I'm trying to go to bed. My left arm starts acting up again, I find myself clenching my teeth causing a headache on one side of my head. I get this overwhelming fear that I wil not wake up in the morning. UGH..

Yes, thank you! I have had a lot of symptoms for almost 2 years now, & quit frankly I haven't really felt like "myself" all this time. It ***** really, and I don't really know what caused this all. I pretty much feely like I've felt almost every symptom there is; nausea, bloating, cold/hot flashes, headaches, aches and pains throughout my body, it goes on. I'm scared and don't know what to do anymore. No one seems to understand me, nor what I'm going through. This has been like this EVERYDAY for me from the time I wake up till I fall asleep since like Oct. of 2012. I've been to doctors and everything and NOTHING! Like I said I just don't know what to do. I am longing to get better, but it seems like I can't.

Hi, Domo - I'm not sure if you're asking about me or for yourself.

Briefly, yes, some of my anxiety symptoms impact me physically - headaches, GI distress, chest pain, hot/cold sensitivity, high startle relfex, fatigue, jitters.  Emotionally, I experience a panicky/high stress feeling.

My specific question to the forum is if anyone else notices that their symptoms tend to surface at a specific time of day.  Mine usually wake me up; after I get up and going, I do better, but then evening can also be tough.

Does that answer your question?

Does your anxiety make you feel sick? Or can anxiety make you chronically "not feel well?"
