Anxiety attacks over homework
I've always had a lot a trouble with my history classes. For years now, I unintentionally will put off any work I have for my history class and when I do it I get stressed out and I'm not completely sure why. It is the only class I have trouble comprehending and because of this I will go into major anxiety attacks. I will start freaking out and hyperventilating. Even when I do my work right away, I start getting freaked out because I can't understand...Help please.
well, I have a friend who is going to tutor me, but my main problem is just processing the information.
have you considered maybe asking a friend/classmate to help you? Or, even if it sounds scary - mention this to your teacher. I'm sure he/she might be able to help. I think it's worth a try, you have nothing to lose.
