please help me

can anxiety cause neck stiffness, back of head pain.  weakness in the body and arm pain.  tingle in the feet and hands.  i have this feeling of being warm all the time.  you know when you have a fever and you try to stand up and have that feeling of just wanted to sit like something is pulling you down. i also have this feeling of wanting to throw up  please any help.  im really freaking out.

I had neck pain and stiffness so bad at one time due to anxiety and severe stress that I had to wear a neck brace.

Ya, it does sound like anxiety.....I would go to the doctors to get it checked out........I always feel crappy cause I worry every minute of the day.......hope you feel better....

Yes, you sound just like me. I would go to the doctor just to make sure, and put your mind at ease. Anxiety can really shut you down mentally, physically and emotionally.  Try and calm down. The more you freak the worse you feel. You will be okay.

Yes, it most definitely can be anxiety.  I have had those symptoms at a very difficult time of my life.  I would first get a complete check up by your doctor and then take it from there.  You will get better, but it will take time.  Don't beat yourself up about it and take it one day at a time.

hi, i have just went through weeks of anxiety and yes some of the things your having i had, i had the tingling feelings ,hands and feet are very commom, the weakness oh yes i was so weak and tired everyday for weeks didnt go out of my house,my body felt like water i was so weak and tired. the hot i had to felt warm on my arms ,face,ears,top of my head, sometimes my whole body felt hot with the tingling, sick i lost 21 pds in 8 weeks i never threw up but felt sick at stomack every morning. anxiety can cause you to feel many many ways and the symtoms can change day to day. go see a dr tell him whats going on and maybe he can give you something to calm down, i tried to fight it for 8 weeks it just got worse i had to get a pill to help me get over it, if you dont get it checked out ,it could lead to very bad anxiety that  you will have for a very long time. .try and relax and not worry about what your body is doing tell yourself its stress and it will go away, take a nice warm bath or try and read a book, go for a walk call a friend anything to get your mind off of it . but go dr get peace of mind first to make sure its just anxiety than try and get passed it , i read a book claire weeks hope and help for the nerves get it read it , it has helped many. good luck hope you have a great day stress free.
