tapering off 3.5 mg

need some advice ,how to wean off 3.5 mg of ativan after 7 months..75  .75   2.0 at bedtime, with 30 mg of remeron at bedtimefor 4 months. thanks for your help.

Hi there just to get a note on the mgs your on of ativan dont understand the 75 .75?  I take ativan 1mgs 4 times daily, if you send a post of how your taking your ativan I will try and help.

thanks for the reply . i take .75mg in morning .75 midday(less then 1mg) and 2mg in the evening to sleep for a total of 3.5mg per day
