I am scared i was just tested 3.5 month negative, and now this happend just 4 hours ago...

we were playing cricket, and i used a athletic cup that wasn;t mine by accident and i know that no one used it on that day for sure... but i am really concerned the cup the was dry thou... nothing that look suspiciosus!!

You had absolutely NO RISK.

HIV cannot live outsides its host! It does NOT matter in the least that it touched your penis. The virus is NOT spread in that manner.
You do NOT need to be tested again.

I repeat........YOU NEVER HAD A RISK.

I think it would be very difficult to catch HIV that way. But if you are freaked out then go get tested. The test is most accurate when you get it 3-6 months after exposure.
