Anxiety needs treated, and while I understand it's sometimes hard to find a treatment that works, you have to be proactive about continuing to try to find something that works for you.
Many people have to try a few different therapsts to find one that is "right" for them...it is often a trial and error type process. Also, why in the heck would you worry about depressing your therapist? That's just silly! They are trained professionals who chose their careers. Sure, they hear some crazy and depressing stuff, but that's their job. I could see you feeling that way about a friend or family member you were confiding in..but not a therapist! That's what they're there for!
IMO, you need to get back out there and start trying things to address your anxiety. You need to believe the doctors and the tests you've had that yielded nothing to be worried about in regards to your symptoms. Once you start making headway with the anxiety, your symptoms will resolve.
Good luck!!
I've been to a therapist and I've seen all sorts of doctors and have had all types of test to assure me that its not anything serious and so far its not but I've stop seeing my therapist as I felt she wasn't doing me any good and that I was depressing her! I have a phobia for medications. I do take An Shen its Hollistic that's the only thing I will take I was taking 10 mgs of prozac and a new doctor bumped me up to 20 so I just went to hollistic meds cause the 20 mgs had me feeling like I was freaking out.
We've told you that this is a common symptom of anxiety. Of course it is always wise to rule out a medical cause first, but as for worrying about blood clots and compromised circulation...that's over the top.
What have you done to address the anxiety thus far?
it may be bad blood cerculation, maybe even blood clots go get checked!
