to go or not to go. advice needed ASAP !!!

So the new paranormal activity comes out tonight and my bf wants to go. I've seen every single one and they've never scared me. But that was all before my anxiety hit hard. Now I'm basically scared of being scared. Like if I see it I'm afraid that I'm just gonna overreact. Recently I've seen 2 scary movies that I was scared to watch at first but did fine. I actually watch one repeatedly. Should I go. I want to but worried that I'll get to scared and go into panic mode. Advice please.

Ah went for it. Wasn't as scary as I thought it'd be. Its like the others pretty much but still good. I just left the theater and feel a little sketchy. Maybe because I feel really nauseous and dont know why but I'm trying not to over think it and just relax. We'll see how tonight goes :b

I say go for it.

There's a difference between anxiety fear and scary movie fear IMO.  It's almost like an adrenaline rush, similar to riding a coaster.

Worst case scenario, you can always leave.  Just hold onto your BF tight and try to enjoy yourself.
