No anxiety but chest and shoulder pain help

so for the past few weeks i've been having some severe anxiety attacks. well yesterday night my left shoulder started hurting and it started to feel really weak. i wasnt panicking or freaking out but it still hurt. it was tired today morning but not as much. i have indigestion right now. a few hours ago my stomach hurt. the area a little left to the center of my chest felt like it was being squeezed (a little bit) and my left shoulder hurt. i wasnt panicking then either, i was thinking rationally and i was a little worried. it didnt go away. i went to poop and it went away. my left shoulder still hurts a little bit. is this indigestion, heart attack, or anxiety afteraffect (or whatever you call it)? the hospital isnt open today and i'm going tomorrow morning. i'm afraid the left side of my chest is gonna hurt again i can feel it about to happen any second but it isnt

Hi,i dont know if u have a through medical test yet ? if not its better you go for one and you can ease your mind with all those pains etc.I am sure if its a heart related chestpain you wont be here writing down on this forum, cause chestpain from heart attack are so intense and left you breathless and then you will know that for real that you need to go to the ER.IF you still worried about chestpain why not go to ER and have a check

i'm probably going to get jumped for this, but for one, i'm pretty sure the hospital is open...your doctor's office may not be open, but hospitals are pretty much open 24/7. you should go to the ER while there is still time to do a cardiac enzyme test-and if you can avoid it, don't let them know you have a history of anxiety attacks. a dear friend of mine died of peritonitis at the age of 29 because doctors were convinced his postoperative pain was actually depression or drug-seeking, doctors, especially ER doctors, are far too likely to see a psych diagnosis and assume the patient is there with a psych problem-never mind what the patient says, and never mind test results. in fact, never mind performing any tests.
i've seen it, again and again. yes, you might have something going on with your digestion. or something else altogether. but you need to be evaluated, and as soon as possible. and it would be best not to cloud the issue for them with psych issues. not fair, and i can't tell you how to do this without lying or having it bite you later if you're in the system...i just want you to get the same standard of care as everyone else, and with many ER staff you won't once they know you have a psych issue.
(so...still not anxious? sorry...but DO get some sort of help, soon.)
