i have tried toughing it out and they are just getting worse.
i do yoga and it is not even helping at this point.

I take it that the afternoon is when you are having a problem because 2 mg of klonopin in the morning would knock me out. I do take 1 mg at night though. I think it is best if you tough it out until Monday. It is never a good idea to start taking extra of any medication without your doctor's advice..
Here is a breathing technique you can try to help calm you in the mean time. Take a deep breath in through your nose, hold it for 5 seconds and count this out in your head, then let it all out through your mouth. Do this breathing until your anxiety has subsided. It is best to practice it laying down with your hands on your stomach. After that you can do this exercise in any situation and nobody will even know you are doing it. Also, you may want to try a few meditation videos on YouTube.
