Absolutely, you sound as if you are doing all of the right things to lose weight. Eating right and exercising. So I do not think there is anything to worry about.
I'm with Erin...I lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks when my anxiety spiked this go around.

Cutting soda out of your diet will cause weight loss. Its not very good for you and I've actually had friends tell me that the easiest part of losing weight was cutting out soda. Stress can also cause some weight loss so the stress of a new job cam be causing some of that as well. Try not to think the worst and be happy that youre losing some weight if you would like to lose some weight.
During my worst anxiety episodes i lost 14lbs in about a month and a half. Its not uncommon for stress to cause some weight loss. Generally weight loss should only be a major concern if your eating and drinking habits havent changed and youre still losing weight but if youre still worried check with your doc and get their opinion.
