Talk to your school counselor. If he/she cannot help you, they will make sure you get the help you need.
My heart goes out to you!! Not all kids realize how lucky they have it with 2 caring and loving parents. You are a very couragious girl!!! Can you find a really good therapist who you can talk to? Do you have any other relatives which you are some what close to who you could talk to? or even a close friend who wouldn't judge you, just listen to you? my heart goes out to you. dealing with this on your own has to be scary and lonely. my thoughts and prayers are with you. patty

In your post you say your 14, so you need to speak to your parents about this so that they can get you the proper help. Tell them exactly what you've told us. There is a lot of help for you, and you needn't live like this. You need to see a specialist to get a proper diagnosis and go from there. Please talk to you parents so you can get your life back, and not be afraid any more. You can always talk to us, but now you must talk to your parents. Take care...
You don't deserve to be scared and alone at night when you have parents who love you...
