Confused about anxiety

I take 3 medications...Lamictal 50 mg, and Wellbutrin 150xl and Testim 1 mg
I notice that I have these symptoms- some tingling in fingers, horrific anger, wt loss of about 15 pounds ( but that could be to working out) and a feeling of adrenaline ( not sure if I would call it anxiety)
I feel like I have had 3 cups of coffee most of the time and my rage can get out of control.
But I am not depressed and at work I am real focused.
I thought maybe the Testim was doing this, so I stopped that today, But others have told me that Wellbutrin xl can give me that. My shrink does not know.  I thought about adding 5-HPT over the counter to help with the anxiousness or whatever it is. BUT, I had a horrific experience taking Prozac, when my doc tried that. ( I had taken  that before with fair results, but this time I was so anxious, I thought I needed to be hospitalized..Thank God for Klonopin)

I would like any feedback on what could be causing this. I am a 61 year old male, in shape, work full time

Not being a pharmacologist, I am not qualified to comment on the combination of meds you're taking. But I would definitely talk to your doctor about them. Any medication that MAY be causing you to feel rage that is out of control is unacceptable and needs to be evaluated by your doctor immediately. The weight loss may be due to your work-outs, but you don't say over how long a time period you've lost that weight. If it has been fairly rapid, that could also be due to meds and needs to be addressed by your doctor.
I would also talk to the doctor about the Testim, even though you have stopped taking it. I really have no idea how anabolic steroids can affect you or if they could cause feelings of anxiety.
You say that you've talked to your p-doc about these meds and he doesn't know! I find that a little spooky. And please, before you begin to add things OTC, speak with your doctor, or at least a pharmacist! Many pharmaceuticals and natural/herbal/OTC preperations can have dangerous interactions.
When you said that you thougt about adding 5-HPT for the anxiousness "or whatever it is............." Please stop and think for a minute. That "or whatever it is," could be an underlying problem and your doctor should be made aware of it.
Unless you have an "MD" after your name, I strongly urge you to get to one and talk about your meds and any suppliments you're on or plan to go on.
