what to do now

my anxiety is clearing up a bit, just wondering what to do for the burning sensation in my back an the tightness in my head, im just using xanax 0.5mg for when the anxiety gets bad, should i use it for these symptoms aswel ?

yea but the burning and tightness happens almost everyday, with or with out an attack

Hello,
The burning sensation in your back and tightness in your head can be caused by anxiety. This happens to me when I get attacks. Let me guess does your neck get tight too? Sometimes in an attack the muscles of your neck tighten causing blood to be restricted from the brain (not a harmful level this will not hurt you) and then you can get head aches, tightness even numbness. not realy but i saw a anxiety symptom list. and burning sentsations was one of them

I think we all have little aches and pains that we tend to focus on.  I am not really sure if Xanax is the choice med for burning and tightness.  Have you discussed this with your doctor?

oh by the way im also suffering with an everyday sore throat is this odd?

yeh and it help but i still want to know if to take the xanax for the burning an tightness, i dont think it is stress because im not stressed out, and the tightness is the first thing i get in the morning

I assume your doctor has cleared you of any medical problems.  Tightness in the head can be from stress and can give one terrible headaches.  Posture also plays an important role as well.  When I am stressed due to anxiety I actually tend to ache all over.  Have you seen a therapist to talk about your cause/causes of anxiety and worry?
