Hi I'm back again lol my throat has been playing up for last hour or so feels like sick comming up then feels like a mint has exploded in my mouth lol ik it sounds werid but getting me anxious any ideas?

Yeah I feel fine otherwise well sometimes I get tummyaches like water infections and obv my anxiety but idk wht it is maybe it is my anxiety well hope so anyway

Are you feeling alright other than the throat thing going on? I'm wondering if it may be a possible virus. Have you ever had any stomach problems? Since you posted your question in the anxiety forum I take it you do have anxiety. The throat problems may be caused from that.
