I went through this stage before and it was for a year and sometimes i still go through it , they call it "depersonalization disorder" there's something , like either depression or something else that has to do with it. I'm not a dr. or anything but when i went through it i felt ******* weird like everything was just passing me bye and everything was fake almost movie like. Have you talked to a doctor about this? If i were you i would because sometimes it can be the cause of depression , anxiety , or leading to other mental disorders, or it could be just a block out stage write me back if you need anymore help.
Depersonalization can happen quite frequently because of anxiety in my opinion. I feel we can be so focused on the stress, that we don't feel ourselves and can also feel like our self-identity as been robbed, but you definitely can get through it. Have/are you thinking of considering counseling. In my experience just talking about it can open up your mind to what is causing this feeling and give you the tools to confront it. Sometimes it just takes someone with the knowledge about it to help you through it....keep us posted!
Hey thanks you guys. Yeah I have a meeting with my pshycologist everyweek and been too the doc but still noo help, soon as I get up it happens. I'm really scared
If they are not helping see a different psychologist because it's very important that you talk about it. It is there job to help you. Make sure you tell them everything of how your feeling. don't block anything out.
