I'm crying right now as I'm typing this
I'm very grateful that I'm not alone and many people DO care about me
You can't believe how happy I am knowing that many people understand me though I still 'worry'' right now haha..
But thank you guys..
please keep me in your prayers because i'm too young to suffer from this and I don't want this to ruin my life. I will also pray for you guys!

btw this morning my anxiety was gne.. then like when i went to school, it started (the worry feeling, not the panic attack) then I took my xanax and I felt much better. Idk why but after 1-2 hours taking Xanax, i'm always happy and normal..
What are the side effects of taking this pill?
I'm afraid if i keep taking it I will get bad health effects.

it will not ruin your life, trust me. you can overtake it and get control over it. it takes a LOT of hard work, but it's all good. only YOU have the power to change things, and you CAN do it. so just keep at it!

I know what you mean!  This forum is so full of people that genuinely care what you are going through.  This will not ruin your life.  When I first had a panic attack in my mid 20's I asked and thought the very same thing.  I could not make sense of anything and I was totally debilitated.  You WILL get through this, I know it is tough.  I have so much respect for you and everyone here working through these issues. It takes so much courage to admit and confront these fears and I applaud you for doing that!
