I am going to lose it! I can't take it

I just came off of celexa and klonopin after a little over a year now I did it the way I was told to do it so it's not because I stopped cold turkey.  These withdrawl symptoms are taking over my life the doctor told me i'm healthy though and isn't sure how long it will take to go away!  I don't know what to do with myself between the nausea, headaches, dizzy feeling a rush in my head that I cannot explain...numbness in my lips and hands.  Has anyone experienced this?  I feel ok when I am laying down once is the issue!  My doctor told me to do a lot of cardio and gave me a prescription for xanax to take only as needed!  I excercised last night and it actually helped me out a little.  I just want to feel better and want to know when this will all go away???  Anyone know or have an idea?  Something I can possibly do to relieve it?  It goes and comes.  I cry and cry and whine...

How do you know it's withdrawal and not a return of anxiety or depression symptoms?

I do keep praying and I know God will help me through this I sure hope so.  I am trying my best...I now know what people go through when they have interventions.  I can't even imagine.

5 days is really a short time. Determine in your heart that you will get through this. Yes it will probably be the most difficult thing you have ever done, but you can do it. Keep saying that, and keep walking.

Pray that it passes on from you..........

I have only been off of them for 5 days now.  I don't know if I can handle another few weeks of this.  I hope your right though.  Walks seem to help me actually.

how long have you been completely off them? sometimes it takes a few weeks for the withdrawal symptoms to go away. sometimes a much shorter time. hang in there, they will go away. and do only take a xanax when you really need it. take care. remar
