2 Weeks Away - Wish Me Luck!

Hi all.  I have been on call all week and many of you know how this drains me.  Now I have to take a business trip this week and leave to go on vacation 36 hours after I return from the business trip.  Honestly, I am employing some strategies to reduce my stress and increase my rest, but I am still worried that I could go into flare and ruin the first vacation my hubby and I have had together in 3 years.  Please, send some positive thoughts my way as I am going to need help to rise to this challenge.

While I am away, I will not be able to post or even read the forum.  I hope you will all help each other out.  Everyone has something to offer and I really love reading the great feed back you give each other.

Once I am back it will take a bit for me to get back in the swing of things and caught up.  I look forward to talking to you all again soon!

Wishing you many flare-free days,
txsilver
