32/f/healthy--cause arthritis??

Im trying to figure out if I have arthritis. I am 32yrs old and have been experienting a lot of pain in my joints in both hands and arms. Its a burning and painful feeling. Am I to young to have arthritis? 2 years ago I was diagnosed with Tarsal Tunnel (on both my feet) I dont take any vitamins. Im 5'2 my weight is 125lbs. I have been experiencing a lot of stress with my divorced, child custody battle and loosing my job. Can stress & lack of nutrition be the cause of my pain.

I'm exactly the same, I'm 27 An relatively healthy. My doctor doesn't really say anything that means anything to me, but I know it's not normal for all my joints to ache, he said iv got cartilage trapped behind my knee caps, tendinitis on shoulders and capsulitis! Lol! I dont know? Alll my joints hurt though, I wish someone knew what it is...I seize up when sit down for a longish period, not good

No, you're not too young to have arthritis. Stress and lack of nutrition could exacerbate arthritis. However certain vitamin deficiencies can also be the culprit of systemic symptoms such as joint pain. It really sounds like you need to get yourself into the doctor to be evaluated. They can ask you more specific questions and do a physical exam and be able to better pinpoint the cause of your pain. It doesn't sound like something you should ignore at all!
