Don't think I have RA, but MRI Report?

After 8 years of pain I finally had an X-ray and MRI.  The x-ray was read as normal, altough my PCP told me she thought the Ulna and Radius were far apart.

The MRI came back as me having a Ganglion Cyst and also said " No evidence of fracture or bone marrow signal. Mild heterogeneity of the bone marrow of the lunate but without associated edema."  When my Orthopedic doctor told me about the Ganglion Cyst he never mentioned the Lunate bone...I then asked him and he said my lunate bone has white spots on it.  I told him I had been researching Keinbock's, but he told me it was nothing to be worried about.

I am also low VID D, have DDD in my lumbar  spine, two bludging disc's in my neck, and a stress fracture in one of my spinal disc's - I think lumbar.

Any advice?

Yes, there are stand - up MRI's, but their not widely available. If you live near a fairly large Metro area, chances are you can probably find one.

My pain is in my back and after last June's PET scan, my back pain was tremendous getting onto and staying flat during the test.

Does anyone know if they do MRI's where you can stand up in the tube?

Thanks for the bump.  I should update, I actually saw my MRI and the spots are black, not white.  He told me he didn't know what it was...so that changes things.
