Fish oils supplementation - possible effects on blood tests

Generally, what vitamin and mineral supplements should be stopped before having blood tests and for how long before?
Specifically, can  a hi-EPA fish oil formula (Equazen eye q capsules) alter results of blood tests related to iron levels?

I am not aware of any vitamins or minerals that need to be stopped before having a blood test. I don't see anything in the literature regarding fish oil altering iron blood levels. You may want to double check with your doctor.
