Not sure if this is the right place

I am a 22 year old male who is 6'2 and I would say severely underweight at 127 pounds. I wanted to know if there is a medication that can be prescribed by a doctor to gain weight? I have tried everything from weight gain protein shakes, vitamins, eating more, excercising i have tried a lot and nothing works. I have actually lost six punds. I would appreciate any info.

You will need to see your primary care physcian to rule out any underlying reasons that may be preventing you from reaching your goal weight. The doctor should complete some preliminary exams and will determine if a medictaion is required.
