What is WRONG with me?

I am almost at the end of my rope. I have been to doctors every month, specialists, had numerous blood tests and other tests but STILL no one can figure out what is wrong with me. I am a 22 year old fit female who eats plenty of fruit, vegies and healthy food..I try to only eat organic and hardly any sugar. These are my symptoms:

Back to back cold sores for 2 years (since I caught them. I'm talking not ONE day in the last 2 years without cold sores)
swollen lymph nodes in neck (started appearing after the cold sores)
muscle twitching all over my body (3 times a minute, every minute of the day, every day for the last month)
hearing loss gradually in my left ear
vitreous detachment in left eye with floaters (6 months)

I have had blood tests for everything..ALL have come back completely normal.
I have had a chest Xray, completely normal.
I have seen a naturopath and had a blood ***** test and seen my cells under a microscope, all of my cells are pretty normal

I have tested NEGATIVE for celiac disease, hypothyroidism, diabetes.

What should I do? seeing as no one can help me am I suppose to just accept that these are normal symptoms and try and live a normal life? Or should I go to another doctor? Should I see an allergist? What will an allergist do? Will they be able to help the cold sores because that is my biggest problem, it has ruined my life and relationships.

PLEASE someone HELP.

Thankyou karajo for copying my previous post , im just glad i can help, usually doctors dont even know what Bechets is let alone with testing for it.

Dancer, have you had any bloods done for the full Herpes family, ?
Then have you had the sores swabbed, and sent for testing.?
They say coldsores are related to the Herpes family, that usually being Herpes 1 and 2.
So if you rule out Herpes 1 and 2, and its not that, then start looking for immune system illness.

Can i ask what does the doctor give you for this when it happens? and also whatever he gives you does it work?
Have you ever tried aciclovir, when these coldsores come out?

Do you get any tingling or pain? before they come out?

Sorry for asking so many questions, i am only trying to get a better picture, just so i can advice, and help.

I would definetly recommend an allergist. Its' obvious that your immune disorder is out of wack. The Allergist will do tests' with little needles' to see what and if you have allergies to something. You say that you eat alot of organic foods', with hardly any sugar. This is also something you could be lacking, is sugar in your body. Its' great that you use organic foods' however we all need sugar as well. As for the coldsores I get them off and on, my Physician has given me an RX for Zovirax. You have to apply it to the sight if you can, right when you know that a coldsore is just about to errupt. This twitching,hearing loss,vision,lymphnodes etc. seem to be all combined. Once seen by the allergist if he feels that it has nothing to do with an allergic reaction I am positive he/she will tell you who you should see. This must be terrible for you not knowing. I would try to also find out from any of your family members', if you can if anyone in your family has had this, even years ago. It could be something genetic however I do feel that its an allergic reaction and it could well be something that you have ate that is organic. My heart goes out to you and I do feel that you need an Allergist to run some tests, you will get to the bottom of this, I am sure of that!!

You might want to google "Oil Pulling" which is an Indian remedy to remove toxins from the body.  You swish sunflower oil around in the mouth for 15 minutes.  I put a couple drops of Oregano Oil in mind.  Oregano Oil is one of the best natural antibiotics there is.  It is very good at killling virus which is probably producing the cold sores you speak of.  Oil doesn't cost much and might be worth a try.

If what karajo told you doesn't pan out I would go see a infectious disease doctor. They specialize in illnesses that are difficult to determine.

To be tested for Bechets disease, which manifests in oral, and vaginal ulcers accompanied with many other symptoms, the diagnosis can be hard to diagnose , because there is no specific test for Bechets disease, But they can do the needle test, where by they put a little needle mark in the skin, and check it 24-48 hours later to see if the site has risen, and gone raised.
