how to break the news

I need to think of a cute and creative way to break the news that my mother is going to be a grandma. Any suggestions?

We gave my mom and husbands mom a brag book with a sonogram pic in it.  We gave my dad a kids fishing pole because he likes to fish.  And my father in law an infant camo outfit because he likes to hunt.

I invited my parents over for dinner and served the food n baby plates they didn't really catch on til i pulled 2 baby bottles out the fridge when my dad asked for water....

I did the bun thing too and wrote a note and stuck it to the oven so u could read it when u opened the door (already cooked and oven was cool ofcourse). The note said ”Hi there!  Cant wait to meet u!  Love, me”  I told my mother to help me get something out of the oven while i put my son In his highchair and strapped him In.  She cried!  So did i. Lol.
