Bad Words in My Head

Why do I keep saying bad words in my head?  I am a very religious person and believe that foul language is a no-no, but it just keeps popping in.  Does this happen to anyone else?  Can someone help me to stop?

By the way, it doesn't help when I am here on this forum and people use ********* to represent bad words.  We all know what the word is, but isn't there a better way to express ourselves?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Trust me, I know ALL about creepy thoughts.  Some are so creepy that Medhelp's censoring system would set off on them and turn them entirely into *** ****** ****** **** *** and **** if I tried to even share them.  It's good that you can laugh at yourself, if life were supposed to be serious it'd come with an instruction manual.  Words with the opposite meaning are called antonyms by the way where you said look it up in the dictionary.

I am laughing my but off ...not at you but with you.I can have some really creepy thoughts in my head when I am cycling. Those thoughts as opposite as I would like for them to be from The Real Me  are Me and they help me to stay focused on my mental health.
I have actually left church and before we are out of the driveway I have dropped the F bomb.Go figure. It's part of who I am at times , what I am learning is these eposides have much to teach me about how I move about in the world.
I have learned or am in the process of learning is how to have these experiences without pulling out the ball bat and beeting myself up about it.

I come in this beautiful package of love, poise, grace, compassion, faith, hope, and if you get out the dictionary I also encompass the opposite of these emotions. To accept All Of Who I Am....Is most challenging...and on most days I'm up for it.

So not to mock you in any way........I really had a good laugh at myself

Actually we don't represent the ******* words by choice with asterisks.  Medhelp automatically censors them like a Nazi regime.  But actually that's good I guess because some people could be offended by them like you for example.

When someone has psychotic thoughts they are rarely pleasent and are usually the thoughts they would not want to hear. Auditory hallucinations ("hearing voices") are like that. I did ask my psychopharmocologist before recovery when I heard voices and he confirmed that although clinically they don't know why yet. If you are hearing voices you might want to speak to your psychiatrist about having your medication adjusted.
