Calm personality with bipolar?

Hello community.

This year has been enlightening for me, and I am attempting to learn.

Currently, I am curious as to whether there are known occurrences of bipolar with a very calm personality.. that is a lack of significant aggression, rage, or similar behaviors.

A few significant symptoms which fall under bipolar seem to have presented themselves this year, age mid 20s. The most significant seemingly being a manic episode with significant anxiety, high energy, reduced need for sleep, ending in delusion, no hallucination.. lasting a few days. This occured once for the first time.

Other less obvious symptoms which have been present over a longer time include irritation/frustration/difficulty concentrating at tasks requiring medium or long duration high level thinking (math, for example) and difficulty finding enough motivation to complete certain goals /and/ unessential but constructive work.

My personality & behavior has never exhibited any significant aggression or anger towards others in the manner which seems to be associated with other cases of Bipolar I have reviewed - and over the years my environment has definitely offered significant stressors for long durations which could possibly have triggered these things were they present.

Which brings me back to my question :)

Do cases of Bipolar exist in people who have never exhibited significant aggressive, anger, or similar behavior?

Appreciate you.

There are no clear lines and definitions for bipolar, no physcial tests that is.  I believe you would know if you had bipolar after studying it as you have.  Perhaps it is borderline.  The treatment for bipolar is a mood stabilizer which also has propensities for depression.  I always thought I was pretty laid back.  Before my emotions when riled were either passive or aggressive no in between.  Stress does some pretty strange things to us, small stressors. Have a good one..
