Following on from the "What medications are you on" poll, here is the promised "Where do you live" poll.  

The medications poll results were as follows:

wow the usa is full of phsycos! lol thats were I live. you have to have a sense of humor with bipolar. all my friends call me crazy Ian lol! thats ok I know I am! watch me go off my meds and drink a pot of coffe lol just kidding verry bad Idea! but dose anybody have an awnser for why the usa is the bipolar capital of the world? is it a bunch of mis diagnosess or what? they thuoght my sisster was but then later they figured out it was actually hypo thyroidism! I'm slightly hyper thyroidism and skitzo with manic deppression wee what a ride ha ha just kidding I am comeing out of meloncolly right now it feels good ahhhhh......I can feel yeah

N.Y.C. I would say in some of the areas of the city where people hang out that are more "out there" sections of N.Y.C. there might be more people who have bipolar because some of the strange or unusual behavior people display wouldn't seem so out of place. But that's true of any major city and since recovery I don't hang out with that crowd anymore. Interesting part of my life but that was the past...

I thought of marking the "America", not a part of the USA, as I live in Hawaii.  So much of what is done on the Mainland remarks "Continental US only".  I love to shop via the internet (actually, pretty much have to), and you would't believe the shipping rates and delays to us here!  My husband works for FedEx so I know only too well that it exists, and how well it works.  So all these vendors who say they can't use it or there isn't next-day delivery available, I say -- bull****!
