The best way I thought of to describe it is like if you take the flat of your hand and firmly hit the side of your temple on your head and it's basically like someone is doing that inside of your head with the way your vision and hearing jump and such and the feeling. Everyone kept telling me you get it during withdrawal or only during which I got them way more frequently during that but that's not entirely true seeing as how I always got them naturally but of course I should be dead but I'm still here so maybe that's why.
Or is that when suddenly your whole body jumps? Like it feels like a zap of current just rushes your body and you jump up. I get that and it is crazy.
What are brain zaps is it like when you get the sensation that a light saber is going through your head?
Nah not really worried about it, it's just like the brain zaps I had all my life at random and had no name for it and wanted to know what it is at least.
I think vertigo is the right word. It is the sensation of moving even when you are not, and I think you can have it with or without dizziness. There are a lot of things that can cause vertigo, so if it doesn't clear up and you're worried, you should ask your doctor.
