There is light at the end of the tunnel motivation is back

I posted the other day about lack of motivation, it has come back, I have managed to put a load of washing on, clean out the car, make hubby breakfast in bed, and get the kids breakfast, put on make up for the first time in ages, and actually feel really good.  i had two nights of good proper sleep and feel ready to go.

So there is light at the end orf the tunnel, I am going to run with this feeling for as long as I can!

Thankyou!  and I think you hit the nail on the head, we do spend so much energy staying upbeat, and trying to keep everything together. It,s like pushing against the rock that will not move, but we have to keep pushing, and as we do so, our emotional muscles get stronger :)

Shame, it is hard isn't it when it happens.  But I have kept my motivation going, not completely but with the house anyways.  Doing a lot of sorting and clearing out of stuff.  My work is suffering a bit.  But it really is so tiring, i think its because we spend so much time trying to stay upbeat!

Take care and I hope your light comes back soon.

I know exactly how you feel !! My motivation at the moment is non existent.! I'm impatiently waiting for it to return, so is most of the housework, the pile of laundry, the messy bedrooms, the cluttered desk...and for tonights dinner, it was fend for yourself night. My poor long suffering family...oh well, I'll just wait for the light to return :)
