I have a really big problem i have no energy and im sleepy all the time i can fall asleep anywhere
My legs always feel weighted down and i feel that i am dragging myself around

Maybe the caffeine isn't so good for us. Why don't you ask your doc about Provigil or Ritalin. I take both but not together. If I need quick short bursts of energy I take Ritalin if I need to stay awake and alert all day I take Provigil. Provigil is safe and it really works wonders. I think in the U.K. in generic so much cheaper there than in the US.
You may want to ask about it since those drinks are full of stuff out bodies don't really need.
I smoke so I'm not preaching what to do or not to do just a suggestion that works for me. Good luck sweetie,
Erin

I dunno, I am pretty direct and stright forward towards my doctors.  I also do a lot of research and go to my appointments with a lot of knowledge so that they will not BS wtih me.  I am pretty demanding about my health and well being.  It is my body afterall, so I should have a say so to what is put into it.  P.S.- Smoking a lot of pot can kill your energy level and make you groggy and tired!!  When I used a lot it made me lazy and depressed.

Seroquel is why.  That stuff makes you drag butt.  Everyone I know on it feel tired and yucky 24/7 I refuse to take that med.

Hi, well i take 100mg seroquel, 30mg remeron and 80mg beta blockers. i know EXACTLY how you feel!! no energy, lathargic, emotionally and physically drained.
and i have a slight addiction to energy drinks! I drink quite a bit of red bull. at this stage i actually feel like i need it to function.
i think we might be caught up in a viscious circle though. if you drink an energy drink..it will give u energy (Duh!) but soon after the sugar will be removed from your body and you will "crash"...and then feel like another energy drink....well thats what seem to happen to me anyway..
im doing my finals in college and am hooked.
i was planning on complely giving them up (after exams) and just drinking water along with plenty of fresh air and eating healthy (none of which do at the moment)
although i know that is much easier said than done.
let me knoe how your doing

I've been taking 40mg of Citalopram at night and it makes me feel drug at least 20 hrs a day.  I'm changing AD's b/c I can't handle this any more.  The Seroquel is to help you sleep, isn't it?  The 2 of those together would probably knock me out for a month or more.
