Sorry I'm not sure what your question is. Or are you just stating how you are feeling?

Are you on medication? If so, you should probably talk to your doctor about getting the dosage switched around or new meds. altogether. Also, you should look into DBT or Anger Management classes. I have a rough time with agitation and anger when I am manic.. sometimes. Perhaps you can also try calming yourself a bit with guided meditation. It is a little cheesy at first, but if you allow yourself to get as much out of the experience as you can, it can do wonders. You can find guided meditation on youtube. I do it where nobody can see me, so I don't get embarrassed. If you don'thave a therapist, it wouldn't be a bad idea to get one. If you don't have insurance or money, there are often universities that provide counseling for a very little fee... if any at all. (Universities where social worker and psychiatry/psychology students study--- usually students who are just about to graduate and enter the field anyway). Ohhhh... and try exercise, it may not be the most exciting thing to do, but it will help burn off some extra energy... and come on- you could get a smokin hot body while you burn some of that energy off. I wish you the best of luck. Take care.
