my 4 year old

I have four kids, but my third is completly differant.
She has these mood swings, like the other day she couldnt find her coat, tears were falling... shes screaming... stomping on the floor... i call her down stairs and ask her what is her issue, she said she couldnt find her coat, i told her its because its on the chair.... tears gone all smiles she starts laughing.... all is well.... and its like that about everything.. She doesnt like to hug people, but if you dont ask her for a hug, she gets mad, like you dont care.... getting dressed is an issue everyday, because her colthes dont fit, they do fit but how it fits her varries on differant days.... and i dont think this is a four year old just acting out.... i do put my foot down and i dont give in, at the same time trying to be understanding that their might be a problem.... she doesnt like to be by herself, but she wants to be left alone, i dunno.... if shes by herself then nobody loves her, but if were with her were bothering her..... she doesnt like to be looked at, she has a certain seat at the table, a certain place to sit in the van, she can be an angel and in two seconds tell you she hates you.... if her older two siblings bug her in anyway she beats them up, and shes 4, their 6 and almost 8.... my neighbors kid is 8 and he kept laughing at her and she beat him up to, had him on the floor crying..... she goes to sunday school, and i cant count how many times the teachers had to go running after her, because she takes off screaming.... she wouldnt go by herself, she wanted her brother, but i couldnt give in because shes going to be in school next year and she wont have him in her classroom their either..... her teacher was her aunt so it wasnt a total stranger, she had to say thank you for her cookie and got mad because her teacher was talking to her..... it took her almost a year to go to class by herself and she loves it now..... im stuck... we do have quite a few people in the family with depression disorders, bp, ocd, add and adhd i do know the symptoms, and its hard to diagnose a child so young with something like bp.... what is your opinion? id like to know.....

Hi I have a 6 year old little girl and I thought it was interesting how their "symptoms" seem to be very similar. She has been having issues with clothes since she was 5. It is very SEVERE now and she cannot even really tolerate clothes at all anymore. She screams and pulls at her clothes and becomes completely out of control when she has to get dressed. Recently she has become very angry with extreme mood swings. She has become aggressive with her 4 year old sister and we have had to put them in separate bed rooms. She gets her feeling hurt very easily, you can never just joke around with her. At times it is like she is depressed. This behavior is so strange because she has always been a happy fun-loving child. We thought she had Sensory Processing Disorder and have been to 2 Occupational Therapist for that. They have come to the conclusion she does not have that because almost always these children show symptoms from birth. We have been to several Psychologists, Pediatricians and now a Psychiatrist. Bi-polar Disorder is in question but they cannot say for sure about anything. We are at the end of our rope and are desperate to find answers/help for our child. I would love to hear what the outcome is with your little girl.
