what is normal?

I am taking 400mg of luvox and 150mg of lamictal for almost a year now. In the beginning things were good, but the last few months have been very rough. There are days when I do not want to get out of bed(and have actually missed work) Most days the feeling of exhaustion is very overwhelming. I feel very panicky and have no desire to do anything. My only motivation are my 2 kids, but they know that things are not right i sleep every afternoon on the couch, can barely help them with homework, most times they do not even ask. I have tried abilify for a month and in the beginning it was great, but i gained alot of weight in one month and was having trouble sleeping even with taking a sleeping pill. My dr.just started me on a supplement called Delpin.Has anyone tried this? I want to feel normal ,if thats possible I am tired of always feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and just not well! Any suggestions?

It does sound that you need a medication review, it could be they need tweaking, as in one med being reduced, another increased, or a whole new med regime. Pester your doctor and say you are not leaving until something is done, this kind of life is as bad as the bipolar!!
I have never heard of that supplement sorry hun
Good luck.
