Hello,
Anisocytosis describes an abnormal variation in the size of red blood cells and is often found in iron deficiency anemia, megaloblastic anemia, thalassemia, vitamin A or vitamin B 12 deficiency. Red cells varying in shape from elongated to oval, and rich in hemoglobin, are called elliptocytes/ovalocytes. They can be seen in hereditary disorders, such as hereditary elliptocytosis, or in acquired disorders, such as iron deficiency anemia, infectious anemias, thalassemia.
Take a diet rich in iron rich foods and take some iron supplements. Also consult a hematologist to relate it clinically.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hello,
Small bumps on the lower arms can be due to keratosis pilaris. It is a common genetic follicular condition that is manifested by the appearance of rough bumps on the skin like goose bumps and hence colloquially referred to as "chicken skin".
