Suffering with Anemia, Fever, Infections, Bleeding, Please help!!!

Thanks very much for any reply!
I am worried and getting sick every 2 weeks with respiratory infection, brain fog, short breathing, fever now.  I feel better sometimes with bovine raw thyroid (adrenal tissue, thymus, pituitary) but still exhausted.  I wheeze and have burning lungs, bad chest tightness after running a few feet.  Now I have a lot of blood in my stool and fever today.
Does this mean I am anemic instead of asthmatic or have a gland disease?  Do I have B12 anemia or sickle cell?
I have been suffering now for a year without relief...

Blood tests:
my RBC is 4.67 (4-6.2)
SHBG 13.1 (13.3-89.5)
Cortisol 2.4 (.4-60)
TSH 1.18 .34-4.5
Free T3 2.6 1.8-4.6
Free, T4 .71 .47-1.77
B12 290 (200-1100)
I have been suffering for over a year now and I can't get iron supplements....
Thanks!!

I keep getting infections every week, with low fever, respiratory infections it seems and I was in the ER last month with an abscess which had gotten large and infected.  What could be causing the infections?  my immunologist says it's unlikely I have an antibody problem but isn't that possible?

I was already checked but I'm still suffering with the exhaustion, brain fog, trouble sleeping for over a year.  The GI doc says I have GERD and hemmaroids, but I've been taking Nexium/Prilosec for a long time...
