Symptoms of a Pit Tumor?

Hello all,
This is my first post here and any input on this would be greatly appreciated! So for about 3 months I have been having a lot of pressure in the top and front of my head, and along with the pressure I have had this feeling like a weight has been sitting at the top of my head making it heavy and sometimes hard to hold up. I have also been experiencing :vertigo, temporary loss of peripheral vision, headache, disorientation, blurry vision ( which is causing my night vision to get worse), hearing my heartbeat in my left ear, and hot flashes causing facial flushing. I have also had chest pains at random times. So I saw my primary on Tuesday and she said that I should see a cardiologist but didn't really do much of anything else about it. Well last night my head felt soo bad pressure and headache wise that I went to the ER (at my doctors insistence). They only found a severe sinus infection, but the ER doc did say he really thinks that based on my symptoms that I could have a pituitary tumor. He told me to call my doc and schedule a MRI because that is the only way that they could really see if there was one there. I called my doc and left a message to set up MRI, but I just wanted to know if this sounds like it could be a Pituitary Tumor or not? It would make a lot of sense if it was because I have had all of these different hormone issues, and now with my head issues it would be nice to finally have a diagnosis. Thank you in advance!

Thank you,
The results of the the MRI came back
and I don't have a pit tumor. Instead I have a pineal cyst and possible MS. Waiting for a consult from a Neurologist to see where to go from here.

It would be far better to see an endocrinologist and get some testing. I don't know if your insurance will pay for a pituitary MRI without at least some baseline testing. Some of your symptoms do sound suspicious but you may have other hormonal issues or even other issues so blood and other testing is really the way to go.

Also I forgot to mention I am only 25 years old and shouldn't be experiencing the facial flushing and hot flashes yet lol
