pathology report what does this mean

right breast parenchyma with mild hyperplasia seen could not find microcalifcations (they missed them) yikes!!!
ok second line says
Breast parenchyma with florid ductal epithelial hyperplasia seen apocrine metaplastic cysts noted
what does all of this mean? Should i be concerned?  
Can i wait to see a Breast Specialist
I am going to see a breast surgeon on the 8th of oct due to the fact that they missed the calcs during steriotactic (my microcalification still There)
They say i have to do a excisional to get them out Now i feel  a huge lump where they tryed to take out calcs is this normal after procedure scared do not know what to expect from all this why is it so hard confused all the stuff you read on line can really make you nervous  Can some one tell me what the pathology report means  Thanks

Thank you i feel a little better now  but i do want to ask you the about the lump i feel,
it is big it does not hurt also it really is not near the procedure site yes it is the same breast..
what are signs of infection besides  a solid mass that does not hurt.

Hi.

After the needle biopsy procedure, the area of the puncture site may indeed develop swelling, lumpiness and redness, however it is important that a bacterial infection of the site is ruled out.  This may warrant a course of antibiotic if your doctor thinks the site is infected.

All the technical reports of the pathologist just means that there is an abnormal proliferation of your breast cells which at the present, are not cancer.  However, I would agree in doing a larger biopsy such as an excision biopsy to have the entire lesion examined and look for other sites of abnormalities in the lesion.  Regards.
