lump in front nipple

my labrador has a lump in her front nipple which seems to bother her when you touch it. When I touched it to feel it blood came out. I am very worried about what it could be

Hi,

See your doctor and expect to have him/her suggest removal with biopsy, unless it looks more like a skin wound.
