Cat's head trauma

My 4 yr old cat seem to have head trauma I already took him to a vet and gave him a anti-inflamatory shot and antibiotic but my cat still having disorientation, sudden change on pupils, constipation, he's letargic and has some tiwtching reaction or spasms. He eats which I think is a positive sign, but What else can I do to help him?

It sounds like you're doing everything you can.  This must be terribly rough seeing your boy in this condition, but let me say, we've had a few head traumas on the forum this year and both recovered so there's much hope and yes, eating is a very positive sign.

How is kitty doing now?
