still prbs after 2yrs

bit of history '09 pap came back moderate dysplasia, he did the colposcopy that came back CIN3 by Feb'10 had LEEP's done. the last 3 paps so far have been low grade.  I go in 2 weeks for my 6month pap and he says that if this too is low that I could go a yr before next pap. I also tested at time of Leeps high risk HPV. now to my question, is it wise to go a yr if still having low pap's? should I keep getting check for the HPV to see if still active? also just diagnosed with Hypothyroidism possible Hashimoto's,adrenal fatigue and hormone imbalance.  plz help thank you
