No worries....sometimes it is me I don't recal what else u may have stated in other threads so I can jumble the members issues all together...lol...so it is better for me to ask then guess...lol...
U had surgery in '97....wow, so do u have ne left over symptoms?
If not the length of time u r re-flexed for the testing should be ok....since they do send us knowing we have Chiari and have us do that looking for CCI (cerviocranial instability)....
So many of us do have autoimmune issues,...do keep us posted but unless u r having symptoms from Chiari or related issues, I don;t think it will hurt u....just let them know about the Chiari and ur surgery,...and if u r very uncomfortable they may have to go faster or stop....and I do not think the CT is needed, especially if u do not have INS to cover it....wait until u feel u need it.
Sorry Selma to be so unfocused in my questions. Yes. Decompressed '97. Lesions found in lungs and enlarged lymph nodes see on abd. ct. Had a PET which didn't clear anything up. Dr. is concerned mostly concerned about an autoimmune disease also.
I assume the hyperextension of the neck required during the bronchoscopy is the concern. Better safe than sorry....should I ask for a CT?
Hi...sorry I am confused? Were u DX'd with Chiari and now told u do not have it? Or did u have surgery and now told u no longer have it?
Is the bronchoscopy for another DX? what condition do u have that includes a lung issue?
