Chiari Malfomation

I would like to share my story over the last two years of having been diagnosed with Chiari Malformation Type 1 and how is is affecting my life

  Hi and welcome to the Chiari forum.

As rod44 mentioned above the journal is a great way to share, and add to as your journey continues. You can also post questions and comments on the public forum as well as to your journal. I always encourage people to post updates on surgery there as they can look back and see how much progress they have made....and it is easier for others to find and read as well....and as rod mentioned you can set it to friends only, public or keep it private for just yourself...or start a few with a private one and one for friends however you like....

You can keep a journal, there is a feature on MH where you can have a private or public diary and is an excellent way of keeping track of your symptoms.
You can also post here but I would suggest that you do it over several posts as many of us have cognitive problems (Memory) and cant digest a post if it is too long.....
