on the SLOW road to recovery

i had my pfd surgery Thursday and i was beginning to.feel so much better. My pt cAme im this morning to.have Me.walk. Got.halfway.down.hallway.before i.got cold sweats and almost coplenty passed out. How long until.Im."better"?

Congrats that you got up and took a little walk.  As Selma mentioned this is the time you want to be patience otherwise you will want to take more steps than you need and you will fall back a few steps.  Try to relax and take one day at a time.

  Use this time to develop patience....as it can take a while, it really depends on u...listen to ur body and stop when u have to....do not push as it can cause set backs.
