thanks to you all for the suggestions!
Yea, cramping is the worst, and it strikes at any time!
I normally just wait it out, only ever had it in my arms and legs, never in my back thankfully,
I normally find that just getting really warm and flexing my arms and legs makes it better pretty quick, but sometimes it doesn't make any difference.
A lot of water and adding salt to your food is meant to help, so i've started doing that, maybe you should see if that works out for you ?
this happened to me while i was in the ER, but then again i was having alot of other symptoms as well.
as far as cramping, the whole day i noticed i was arching my back and it wouldnt stop, then when i was in the ER my chest tightened up, then my whole back and my legs. it hurt so bad i was screaming. they gave me valium about 4 times becuase it would keep happening. so they prescribed me valium for when that happens, still no answeres though.
But again, there are many other symptoms i have.
eat a banana! lol! not a joke...sometimes a little boost of potassium is all you need and it usually does the trick. one a day should do it for you!
